A well-appointed lobby welcomes our guests with comfort and style.  Willow Creek residents enjoy this spacious common lounge as a relaxed hub of hospitality.

Exceptional customer service is our standard at Willow Creek Health Care.  Our staff are pleased to assist our residents, guests and healthcare partners as needed.

Willow Creek dining services are open daily from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm with a variety of delicious meal options available during designated service hours.  In our two attractive dining rooms you may also see residents participating in group activities, playing the piano, celebrating birthdays and special occasions, and enjoying friendly conversation.

Furnished semi-private rooms are equipped with half bath, electric adjustable bed, bed linens and pillow, wardrobe, nightstand, nurse call system, smoke detector and fire protection system, individual heat and air controls, cable television, and wireless internet.  Residents may personalize their living space by adding television, photos and art, room décor, and furnishings as desired.  Read more for a suggested list of items to bring.

A spacious shower room and whirlpool bath are situated in each resident hall for resident ease and accessibility.  Assistance with bathing is provided by Certified Nurse Aides according to resident needs and preferences.

Since 2013, in partnership with Guthrie Public Schools, Willow Creek Health Care has provided an inter-generational pre-kindergarten within the facility – the first such endeavor in the Guthrie area.  This innovative educational program brings together a class of preschool children with our residents on a daily basis for an entire school term.   These students interact every day with our residents, participating in activities together and providing social enrichment.  By building friendships across generations, our residents and students enjoy lasting and beneficial effects.

Two outdoor patios are comfortably furnished for the pleasure of our residents.  The woodsy views create a serene and relaxing environment.  An outdoor stroll is enjoyable on our walking path and large patio, which are accessible for wheelchairs and walkers.

For the convenience of out-of-town family visits, Willow Creek has a comfortable family guest room for short-stay overnight visits (subject to availability).  Reservation of the guest room should be made with the Administrator.

Full salon services are available at no cost to residents, including haircuts, perms, barbering, and nail services.  Hours of operation for the beauty shop are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

An indoor smoking room is provided for those who enjoy smoking.  Situated in the center of the facility, this area is easily accessible to residents.  

Residents and their guests enjoy this cozy living area for quiet conversation, playing games, watching television, or reading.  This lounge may be reserved for private family gatherings.

Floor to ceiling windows make this spacious and comfortable sitting room an ideal location to enjoy the outdoor views or “people-watch” as visitors come and go from the facility.

Handicapped-accessible vehicles are provided for local transport of ambulatory residents and those in wheelchairs requiring a lift to scheduled doctor appointments or other scheduled personal outings.
